Aroon is a Bay Area native but developed a passion for Indian performing arts when he lived in India during his early years. He grew up singing and dancing in both formal and informal settings. During his undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley, Aroon found an outlet for his interest in dance — Ishaara, performing with the group during its early days. Aroon is now a strategy management consultant living and working in San Francisco.
